Edward Kwame Danquah

Front-end developer who also teaches code

I build responsive web applications for clients and teach young people to code at BSD Education Africa. Computer Engineering graduate, KNUST.

About

I'm a Computer Engineering graduate from KNUST (2024) and a front-end developer. Since 2022 I've built responsive web applications for freelance clients with React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and full-stack projects in PHP and MySQL.

I also work as a Technology Instructor at BSD Education Africa, where I teach Python and web development, train instructors on the BSD Online learning platform and help schools run coding programmes.

Teaching has made me better at the part of software work that's easy to skip: explaining things clearly and writing documentation people use.

I'm now building towards cloud engineering, with AWS Academy training in cloud architecture, security and data engineering.

Services

I also build websites for small businesses in Ghana. If you need a new site or want your current one fixed, here's what I can do.

  • Business websites

A clear, mobile-friendly site that tells customers who you are and how to reach you. I handle the design, the build and getting it online.

  • Web applications

Booking forms, dashboards, records and other tools that run in the browser. I scope the work with you first, then build and test it.

  • Website improvements

Slow pages, a layout that breaks on phones, or features that stopped working. I find the cause and fix it.
